How to create an operating manual — demo

Two posts ago I talked about the importance of creating a standard operating manual for your business.  In today’s video I demonstrate two different ways to do it: one written, the other using a video tutorial.  and the great thing is that it doesn’t need to take a long time to create, my times were:

Six minutes to write instructions, and
Two and a half minutes to do the same via video.
